Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in connection with the purchase of goods through the online store www.prohrad.eu (English version: prohrad.eu/en).

The buyer may be a consumer (a natural person not acting in the course of a business) or a business. The provisions on the 14-day right of withdrawal apply to consumers.

2. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

The buyer submits an order through the online store. The seller then contacts the buyer by e-mail or telephone to confirm the availability of the goods and the delivery date. The purchase contract is concluded upon the seller's confirmation of the order. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these Terms.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are final. The shipping cost is shown in the shopping cart before the order is submitted.

Payment methods:

Advance bank transfer – free of charge. The goods are dispatched once the payment has been credited to the account. Payee: Eliton Group LLC, IBAN: BE93 9057 6983 6867, SWIFT/BIC: TRWIBEB1XXX, bank: Wise, Rue du Trône 100, 3rd floor, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. Please state the order number as the payment reference.

Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of the shipment.

Cash on personal collection in Zlaté Moravce – payment upon receipt of the goods, free of charge.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods marked "In stock" are dispatched immediately after the order is confirmed and are usually delivered within 3–5 business days, both within Slovakia and to other EU countries. The exact delivery date will be confirmed by telephone. For goods marked "On order", the estimated delivery date will be communicated when the order is confirmed. Goods are delivered by courier or by the seller's own transport within Slovakia and to EU countries. Personal collection is possible at Staničná 5, 953 01 Zlaté Moravce by prior arrangement by telephone.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. The withdrawal must be notified by e-mail to prohrad1@gmail.com or in writing to the address of the business premises.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal to Staničná 5, 953 01 Zlaté Moravce. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. The goods should be complete, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.

The seller shall refund the purchase price to the buyer, including the cost of the cheapest delivery method, within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, but not before the goods have been returned to the seller or the buyer has provided proof of having sent them back. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

6. Complaints and Warranty

The warranty period for consumers is 24 months from receipt of the goods. A complaint may be lodged by e-mail to prohrad1@gmail.com, by telephone at +421 918 126 893 or in person at the business premises. The seller shall handle the complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date it was lodged.

7. Personal Data Protection

We process the buyer's personal data solely for the purpose of processing the order and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Dispute Resolution

The consumer may contact the seller by e-mail with a request for redress. If the seller rejects the request or fails to respond within 30 days, the consumer may submit a request for alternative dispute resolution to the competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in the consumer's country of residence.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms enter into force and take effect on the day of their publication on the website. Contractual relationships with consumers resident in the EU are also subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of the consumer's country.
