What data we process and why

• Orders – name, e-mail, phone, delivery address and order contents. Purpose: concluding and performing the purchase contract, delivery, returns and complaints. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• “I'm interested” form and enquiries – the data you send us (name, phone, e-mail, message). Purpose: answering your enquiry. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract.
• Accounting and tax records – data on invoices. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) – only with your consent in the cookie bar. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share data with

Only to the extent necessary: the carrier (to deliver your parcel), our hosting and e-mail provider, and Google (only with cookie consent). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep data

For as long as needed to process the order, warranty and complaints, and for the period required by accounting and tax law. Enquiry data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and to withdraw consent. Just write to objednavky@prohrad.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
